Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You provide valid proof in the form of an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage or incorrect item received. This must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package, showing the issue in detail.
- Contact us within 24 hours via hello@kayonika.com.
- Share your order number, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Exchange Shipping Charges
If an exchange is approved, shipping costs for returning the product to us will be borne by the customer. Kayonika will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to you.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and nose pins are non-returnable unless the item received is damaged.
Cancellations & Order Modification
No cancellations or modifications can be made once an order has been placed.
Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, refunds will be issued only in the form of a Kayonika gift card or coupon code equal to the value of your order.
Gift Card Refund Perks
- Valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
- Can be redeemed on any future purchase from Kayonika.
- Transferable — you can gift it to someone special.
Kayonika reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request based on our inspection and compliance with this policy.
